Please reach out to an initial chat. I love to talk weddings! Our first consultation is via zoom/ teams or facetime. Whatever is convenient for you. At this point I want to hear all of your ideas and plan, I want to hear about the cake and the bridesmaids dresses. The more information the better as I can build a good picture of the look and feel of you wedding day.

Once you are happy to proceed I then officially book you in to the Sweet G diary. If you know what you want to order we can start to build your whole invoice, however its also possible to just 'hold the date' with your booking fee. Either way the booking fee gets taken off your final balance.

The next step is entirely client led. You are welcome to get in touch as often as you would like. Typically we start a WhatsApp chat and you can send me images as you book other suppliers, I love to see suits and dresses, the invitations and cake! I love to try and pick up on small detail to incorporate. I can communicate with other suppliers where required.

By this point you should have your other suppliers confirmed. Cake should be designed, alternations to outfits happening and final planning meetings with your venue done or in process. This is when we finalise your florals. This is either a virtual or if possible a venue site visit. final balance is then due 3 weeks before your wedding. Late payment may lead to your booking being cancelled.

Final details are gathered, such as delivery locations and final timings for the day.
on the day its self, I will arrive in good time, with freelancers if required. I will deliver wedding party flowers and then continue to set up ceremony and reception florals.
